Our Story

We started out on the streets of Cairo, Egypt, with a dream.
In 2018, Montreal saw the birth of that dream: delivering authentic
Egyptian soul food from our home.

By 2021, we expanded our horizons and moved to
Vancouver where our bright yellow truck quickly became
the city’s hub for authentic Egyptian cuisine. Thanks to
the crowds we drew, we decided to expand our
menu to include more traditional Egyptian favorites
to share with the world!
